Pursuant to Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 of the "Code for the protection of personal data", the Company Promos S.P.A., in charge of the treatment of the data, would like to inform you that any personal data that you will communicate to us here below shall be treated in compliance with the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, and in full respect of your rights and confidentiality requirements.

Pursuant to art. 13 of the above Leg. Decree, we therefore confirm that:

1) Your identification details, your address, and all other information that you will provide of your own accord, shall be collected, recorded, organised, saved, and used only for the purpose of the services offered by the www.Promosspa.it website, and to ensure compliance with current legal requirements;

2) Your communication of such data is at your discretion;

3) Should you decide not to provide us with such data, we would be unable to follow up on your request;

- the above data may be forwarded to our company's personnel in charge of reviewing our company's balance sheet, or to Public Authorities and Administrations, to ensure the fulfilment of legal requirements. 
In addition, your personal data may also be disclosed to the personnel in charge, and appointed by our company, within the office responsible for the fulfilment of your order;

4) Pursuant to art. 29 of Leg. Decree, the company responsible for the treatment of personal data is Promos S.p.A, which the owner of the data must contact when exercising their rights pursuant to art. 7 of the above mentioned Leg. Decree;

5) Data are treated using computerised means, always implementing the minimum safety and confidentiality protection requirements outlined in art. 34 and 35 of Leg. Decree 196/2003, and following the procedures indicated in the Technical Specification (Annex B) of the same Leg. Decree;

6) Personal data are kept in our company's premises in Frazione Villa Lempa,  Civitella del Tronto (TE), under the responsibility of the appointed personnel, for the time indicated by the current civil and tax regulations;

7) Lastly, we also confirm that you shall be entitled, at any time, to exercise your rights towards the Owner of the treatment, pursuant to art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003, including the request to receive notification of whether such personal data are still being kept, even if not yet recorded, the communication, in a comprehensible form, of such data, their origin, the purposes and procedures of the treatment, as well as the logic applied during their treatment using electronic tools. The owner of the data can also obtain the updating, rectification and, if the case, the integration of such data, as well as their removal, their transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of any information treated in breech of current legislations. The owner of the data is also entitled to oppose, in full or in part, for legal reason, to the treatment of their personal data even if they are relevant for the purpose of the collection, such as commercial communications, the forwarding of advertising material, or direct sale.
